All games, tickets, stakes, payouts, odds, results, commissions, and settlements are subject to Skaibet rules, system records, applicable laws, and official platform confirmations.

  • Users are responsible for reviewing tickets before submission.
  • Confirmed tickets may not be cancelled except where Skaibet rules permit.
  • Results are determined according to official game rules and system records.
  • Skaibet may void tickets affected by fraud, error, manipulation, or technical fault.

6. Results and Published Information

Users, agents, and terminal operators are responsible for proper sales reporting, remittance, settlement, payout records, and compliance with Skaibet financial policies.

8. Agents, Terminals and Staff Access

Skaibet may appoint agents, field agents, terminal operators, merchants, staff members, or business partners to support operations.

  • Agents must comply with Skaibet operational rules.
  • Agents must protect terminals, devices, credentials, and company assets.
  • Agents must remit sales and settlement balances as required.
  • Agents must not manipulate sales, payouts, commissions, or customer records.
  • Skaibet may suspend or restrict agent access for breach of policy.

Staff, admin users, agents, and terminal operators may be subject to additional security rules, including device restrictions, location restrictions, IP checks, access level controls, and administrative approval.

9. Promotions, Bonuses and Rewards

Skaibet may offer promotions, commissions, rewards, bonuses, discounts, incentives, agent rewards, customer offers, or loyalty programs.

  • Promotions may have specific eligibility rules.
  • Skaibet may modify or cancel promotions at any time.
  • Rewards may be withheld where fraud, abuse, debt, or unpaid remittance exists.
  • Users must not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
  • Promotional decisions by Skaibet may be final where abuse is suspected.

10. Responsible Gaming

Skaibet encourages responsible gaming. Users should only participate with money they can afford to spend and should avoid excessive gaming activity.

  • Do not treat gaming as a guaranteed source of income.
  • Set personal limits where necessary.
  • Take breaks from gaming activities.
  • Do not chase losses.
  • Seek help where gaming begins to negatively affect your life.

Skaibet reserves the right to monitor accounts, transactions, tickets, agent records, devices, login sessions, IP addresses, and activities for fraud prevention, security, compliance, and risk management.

Skaibet may suspend, restrict, investigate, freeze, reverse, or close accounts where fraud, abuse, money laundering, system manipulation, chargeback abuse, unauthorized access, or policy violation is suspected.

12. Intellectual Property

All Skaibet names, logos, designs, software, source code, content, databases, graphics, result layouts, user interfaces, trademarks, and platform materials belong to Skaibet or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit Skaibet intellectual property without written permission.

13. Service Availability

Skaibet aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, internet failure, payment provider downtime, server issues, third-party errors, regulatory action, or events beyond our control.

Skaibet is not responsible for losses caused by service interruption, delayed transactions, device failure, internet issues, or user-side errors.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skaibet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or financial losses arising from use of the platform.

Skaibet's liability, where legally established, shall be limited to the amount directly connected to the affected transaction or service issue.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

Skaibet may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without prior notice where:

  • A user violates these Terms.
  • Fraud or abuse is suspected.
  • Security risks are detected.
  • Legal or regulatory action requires it.
  • Payment disputes, chargebacks, or unpaid debts occur.
  • False information or identity issues are discovered.

Termination does not remove obligations already owed to Skaibet, including debts, remittance balances, disputes, investigations, or compliance requirements.
